Credit card details are required to guarantee the reservation. Payment must be made in the hotel:
- in cash – in Serbian national currency RSD as per exchange rate of National Bank of Serbia on the day of arrival
- by credit cards (Master, Maestro, Visa, Dina or AMEX)
Cancellation will be accepted free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival (until 12:00 p.m.) In the case of cancellation outside of the cancellation policy or no show, your credit card will be charged for the amount that is equal to the amount of first night for each booked room.
For shortened stay (if hotel is not informed 24 hours earlier) the same conditions as for no show will be applied.
Room rates include buffet breakfast and WiFi
City tax is included in the room rates and currently is 160,00 RSD per night, per person.
City tax is charged 0 RSD for children under 7 years and it is charged 80 RSD for children between 7-15 years. All children above 15 are charged 160 RSD for city tax
All children under 2 years have breakfast free of charge
All children under 2 years stay free of charge in a crib – upon request
All children above 2 years are charged 10€ for extra bed
Extra beds can be added only in superior rooms, triple rooms and suites. Maximum number of extra beds/cribs in a room is 1
For any change of existing reservations, please cancel your reservation and make a new one
